And if each person you met was very open, and yes, theres nothing here, theres nothing here, theres nothing here… Then your consciousness slowly starts being lulled to sleep.
In other words you begin to drift away from your main task.

Because, what actually keeps people on point is when they are seeing differences occuring.

So, the accord begins to lull the urgent factor to sleep. It makes it simpler to start bringing in more proposals, which might or might not be something that they would routinely have concluded with.
